Three of my stories for the Agence France-Presse news wire in Tokyo:

– Interviewed Nobel Prize winner for medicine Dr Susumu Tonegawa for a report on his team’s discovery that good and bad memories can be switched around in the brain (hosted by AFP client Yahoo News)

– The Japanese space agency unveiled its asteroid hunting probe equipped with a ‘space cannon’ (this article was republished by the Daily Mail who put someone else’s name on it!)

– Japan said it plans to resume hunting Antarctic minke whales despite a ban from the UN’s top court (details from this report were picked up in an article by The Guardian)
