I interviewed Helen Clark, former New Zealand Prime Minister and current administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, for Reuters Video News. She was in Tokyo for the launch of the 2014 Human Development Report, which recommends that countries work together to develop structures that make them more resilient to violent conflict, natural disasters and the effects of financial crises.
